Payment within 3 days of purchase is expected, or the item will be re-listed.
We ship most items within 2 business days (Mon-Fri) of receiving notification of payment. Some art/photo items are created or printed on demand, so it may take up to 7 days extra to get these prepared and shipped out.
PayPal has a very strict "protection policy" (protects buyer and seller):
We must always ship to the PAYPAL address you provide us, even if your Etsy address is different. This is PayPal's rule, not ours. Please add/update and confirm any new shipping address(es) at PayPal.com and Etsy.com before you checkout at Etsy.com, for a painless transaction. If your PayPal and Etsy address do not match, your purchase may be delayed or automatically cancelled.
In most cases, we can not ship to "unconfirmed" PayPal shipping addresses, due to PayPal protection policy rules. It is safest for everyone involved if items are only shipped to your confirmed address (typically, your credit card billing address). This helps prevent fraud by someone who may be attempting identity theft or other unscrupulous practices, such as redirecting a package to an address unknown to you.
Once the package is in the hands of the USPS or UPS, they are responsible for safe delivery to you. We provide USPS Delivery Confirmation or UPS tracking on all orders unless otherwise specified. Items over $100 may require a signature at delivery.
If you have had delivery issues with UPS or USPS in the past and wish to require a delivery signature, or would like to add insurance, convo us before you purchase the item so that we can make you a custom, reserved listing.
If you do not receive your item within 15 business days of purchase, please contact us and let us know.

Refunds and Exchanges
We're not perfect. If it is our goof (wrong item, wrong amount, etc.) we will issue appropriate full or partial refund to your Paypal account, and/or ship the correct item.
Unless otherwise stated in individual item listings, all vintage, customized, or personalized items are sold "as-is" and are non-returnable. Please review any photos/descriptions and ask any questions before you place an order. We love convos!
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on returnable items. All returned items should be shipped to us with a tracking or delivery confirmation number so that you and I have a record of the return shipment.
IMPORTANT: UPS & USPS do not reimburse for non-insured items (Delivery Confirmation is NOT insurance). If an _insured_ item arrives damaged, or if it does not arrive, please contact the carrier with the tracking information provided in your PayPal and/or Etsy receipt. You can drop us a note as well, but the carrier will need information from the recipient (you).
