We're so glad you're here!
Since you are, we assume that you share our love of all things vintage, mid-century modern fun or funky -- items in our store are all more than 20 years old and should NOT be considered new. I will describe items as accurately as possible, and would be happy to send you additional photos if you have any questions before the sale.
I build my inventory at thrift stores and estate sales, so I cannot say where items have been. Items receive minimal clean up when I get them, but you will want to wash most of the stock before you use it. Most of my "unlisted" stock are what I call "onesie/twosie" items. I can often put together a mix and match order from that stock to your specifications.
Brides and grooms -- I will create a listing specifically for you from existing stock. If you want a specific style of mix and match, I can also create that for you. You can add it to your registry and I will make it a custom order so it won't be bought out from under you.
I accept PayPal, gift cards and credit cards. An item is considered sold only after payment is made, If you reserve something, please pay for it within 5 business days or it will return to our regular stock, and Karma will get you.
Orders that are 13 oz. or less will be shipped first class mail in a padded envelope. Orders greater than 13 oz. will be shipped via flat rate priority mall, usually in a small box, but larger orders will be in medium or large boxes.
Worst case scenario is that I ship out the Saturday following your order, but I'm usually faster than that.
I do not mark up shipping. I refund shipping costs $1.00 or more over the actual costs (postage and materials).
International shipping is available if you contact me prior to the sale. International shipments may incur duties and customs fees, shipment will be designated as merchandise. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs organization for more information. I will not alter/reduce the value of the purchase on the customs form.
I ship to the address listed on your Etsy account. To avoid possible confusion or delay, please make sure your PayPal and your Etsy addresses match and are current. Please let me know if you’d like your purchase shipped to an address other than the one connected to your Etsy account.
Refunds and Exchanges
Vintage items are considered used. Returns within 14 days, so please contact me if there is a problem or concern. It is my intent that you be happy with the merchandise. If there is a problem, I will refund the cost of the item minus shipping as soon as I receive the merchandise.
My liability never extends beyond the actual price paid for the item - so shipping both ways is your responsibility.
We do our best to describe the condition of each item. If an item appears "new" or "unworn" we will describe it as such, especially if it is still in the original packaging. Please ask any questions you have prior to purchase. If there is any doubt, please ask us for additional photos! If you don't ask, we assume all to be okay.
All Items are vintage and should be considered used.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Please send a note within three days of the item arriving so we can discuss if you have issues. I do not make partial refunds or provide after-the-fact discounts. I do accept returns which are credited to you once I receive the items.
I do minimal clean up before putting items in the shop. In most cases you'll want to wash anything before you use it. This is vintage (used) merchandise.
I gladly accept wholesale orders for merchants. Generally, I expect a minimum of five items totaling more than $100 to be considered a wholesale order and will discount based on the merchandise in question and the amount of merchandise you purchase. Convo me and we will work it out.
I am often willing to break up a listing and sell partial listings. I am happy to do this. If I do this, there is a $2.00 fee to cover extra time and listing charges.
