The clock arrived with damaged hands- seller quickly sent replacement hands at no additional cost. Took to clock expert for replacement and love it.

4 out of 5 starsOne of the brass base legs looked damaged/worn. The other 5 brass legs good quality. I think item is new so that’s the call out. If item /vintage then I’d adjust comment rating.

No excuse, it shouldn't be there. It's not damage, it's a tiny bit of haze from the clear coat process for the brass so that it won't tarnish. A quick rub with a finger and the haze will be gone. It's much easier and faster to simply contact me about any issue with an order than it is to take photos and leave a less-than-positive review without contacting me at all.
