All orders/deposits (depending on product) must be paid in full prior to artwork or order being processed. Please contact through convo if you have questions.
Sales tax applies to Missouri residents.
We ship via USPS first class or priority mail, depending on the package size. All of our products are created in smoke free environment. We generally ship to the address Etsy has in your profile, so please double check that your information is correct.
PLEASE NOTE: UPS shipping is available. Please keep in mind that if you are budget conscience, UPS is considerably more expensive than the USPS.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is completed and shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom orders.
We cannot refund you if there is a color issue. We cannot control how each computer monitor shows color differently. We will try our best to match colors, but it is truly impossible to produce an exact match. Color charts are available for $1.50. We try to explain each item very carefully in the item description so that you know what your item will be like upon receiving.
It is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER to verify that all information is correct. This includes dates, time, content, spelling, etc. We generally copy and paste your text from your email/convo, so please verify that your information is correct before submitting an order. Approvals given as verbal, written or by email indicates that you agree that all content is correct.
We do not accept returns if you have just decided you no longer want the item.
We will accept your return if it is damaged. We just ask that you send us back the damaged item. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item(s).
If for any reason you need to return the item there will be a 10% restocking fee to help absorb the fees. You, the buyer, will be in charge of shipping the items back to Atomica Press as well as all costs associated with that. We also DO NOT reimburse the original shipping price. All returns will be reimbursed the ITEM cost - 10% restocking fee.
PLEASE READ THE ITEM DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY. TAKE NOTE OF COLORS AND SIZES. WE CANNOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURN IF THE ITEM IS NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED.
Additional policies and FAQs
Orders take between 48-72 hours to complete. For wedding packages (with multiple custom items) please allow 72 hours for me to send you the first proof. Please allow an additional 48 hours for any revisions. Please also take this time frame into consideration when ordering as all orders are processed in the order in which payments/information has been received in.
We observe most holidays, so be sure to check our shop announcements for when we will be out of the office, as this may affect turnaround times.
Each order must be approved prior to printing and it is the responsibility of the customer to double check the content on all proofs. This includes dates, time, content, spelling, etc. We generally copy and paste your text from your form, so please verify that your information is correct before submitting an order.
No refunds will be issued on print orders approved with errors unless changes have been made without permission of the customer.
All digital files include up to 3 revisions. Anything over 3 sets of revisions is charged at $2.00 per revisions.
Photos should be 300 dpi or higher for proper print quality. Atomica Press cannot be held responsible for the quality of your photo. If you need assistance, let us know and we can help you find your photo's resolution.
COLORING: Keep in mind that coloring may differ from computer to computer & even from printer to printer so I cannot be held accountable for color variations.
All unused concepts, mock ups, and/or drafts are property of Atomica Press and may be used as we see fit.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom order files may be custom, but are not "one of a kind." Unless you specifically purchase a OOAK listing, the files will be listed as public listings and can be bought by the public no sooner than 7 days after approval of files. If you are interested in a OOAK item that can be bought by you and ONLY YOU, please message us and we can set up special pricing.
All of our personalized stationery will be produced on a professional digital printing press or a commercial grade offset printing press. We use only the highest quality pigment based archival inks. Each listing will note which printing process is used. Most orders will be produced on the professional digital printing press. This allows us to offer a quick turnaround on orders as well as the use of unlimited colors.
