Teapot arrived on Monday, it is for my best friend in Hull. I am sure she will like it. She drinks gallons of tea and knits lots too, teapot is her birthday pressie. Thank you for sending it so quickly.

You will find here interesting and delicate vintage and modern OOAK pieces , most of them as they were found, some upcycled by us in order to give them a fresh new vibe

All items are lovingly choosen for what they are & how they look, and carefully handpicked. Most of them are made in Italy in the past decades, from the '60s till the '80s, some even older, some european, most of them sourced in Italy, the rest Europewide.

Payment
AtticItaly currently accepts Paypal only and gently asks everyone to pay within two days from the day of the purchase.
Shipping
Your item will be shipped within 2-3 business days after the payment being received.

International orders will be sent via regular Italian Post Airmail. It usually takes 10-20 days to delivery. Please convo me prior to purchasing for exact shipping rates in case you prefer a tracking number or insurance. It is highly recommended in case of breakable items, as we can not be responsible for any kind of damages due to the shipping company.
Customers are responsible for all custom fees and taxes.
We accept refund in case the object does not meet your expectations but customer is responsible for all the shipping costs.

Delivery time:
For Europe - approx. 10 days, usually less then 10
For USA, Canada - approx. 15 days
For Asia, South America, Australia - approx. 20 days
Refunds and Exchanges
Because of the fragile nature of the items, I can't accept returns at this time. So please read the descriptions, pay attention to the photos and to the measurements and contact me for any kind of question you might have about an item before purchasing. I also try to describe my items in a way that gives a real image of it and inform of all possible flaws and everything. Please remember these are vintage items looking for a second life with someone that loves them for what they are and how they look now, and may show some wear and tear.
It will also appear in the description the fact that they look like new & never used, when it happens.

Refunds are acceptable, instead, for the non breakables items, listed as made or upcycled by me, in case you might consider it doesn' reach your expectations. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Additional policies and FAQs
Reserved items:
*In case you really want an item but could not buy it right away, I will put a reserve on the listing upon your request in one condition, that you must purchase it within the next twenty-four hours.

Packaging:
*I generally recycle as much as I can and I definitely recycle boxes and packaging materials whenever I can. That allows me to keep the shipping rates at the lowest level possible. Please convo and ask me for a gift package in case you want it.

Feedback:
*I would love to get a feedback once you received your package, this would let me know that you got your item in satisfactory condition.
Note: If you are unhappy with the transaction, please inform me of the problem and give me the opportunity to resolve it before leaving a negative feedback. In addition, if you purchased an item and didn’t pay please be warned that I may leave a neutral or negative feedback if you don’t make any attempt to contact me.
