Hi! We hope you've enjoyed stopping by our shop. Each piece we do is done start to finish, one item at a time. We like to give 100% attention to the piece and this works best for us. The wood wall art we make, each piece will always be a one-of-a-kind. We will never make another one exactly alike. Stop by often for we're always adding something new. We accept PayPal payment. You can choose the paypal option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "pay now" button. On the right side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd option is to pay using a Credit or Debit card WITHOUT having to sign up for a paypal account if you don't have one. Look for the Guest Checkout Service.
Custom orders and or Reserved items must be purchased withing 48 hours of requesting the service.
Items are shipped via USPS or FEDEX and usually are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. We make every effort to use recycled boxes when possible. Every item is packaged securely and safely. If your item is a gift going directly to that person we will be glad to include a little personal note at no extra charge to you. If you would like this service, please let us know what you would want us to write (to fit on a postcard) in the "message to seller" section during checkout. We'll be happy to do it. All items are shipped with a tracking number included with the shipping price.
For our shipping cost, we do our best to include the actual price of the shipping, but the cost of materials to wrap and tape and deliver to the post office.
Larger items are shipped by FEDEX which saves you money in the shipping. We set the shipping on larger items with the FEDEX pricing.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our shop policy and goal is 100% satisfaction. We love what we do and take great pride in our work. If you are not satisfied please contact us through Etsy Conversation immediately upon date you received your purchase that you want to return it. We ask that you re-package the item securely like it was received in its original condition with a tracking number. Convo us with the tracking number once you have mailed it. Return the item to us for a refund within 5 days of the date it was delivered (minus shipping cost)
Damages: In the event that an item is damaged, we require the customer to provide a photo of the damaged items and damaged packaging within 24 hours of receiving the package. Once item is shipped back to us, undamaged (more than documented in pictures) customer will receive a refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs.
If you haven't shipped it within the 5 day period and sent us the tracking number in that 5 day period, we reserve the right to only return up to 50% of the refund.
Custom orders are non-refundable since it was made to your specifications just for you.
