Hello and welcome to my store, Atticus Atlas, a boutique handmade haberdashery line based in New York City!

Atticus Atlas is carefully curated and created by me, Sunday Santiago, founder and artisan. I have always had a deep love and appreciation for the great art of the twentieth century, especially the 1920s through the 1950s. Whether inspired by music, the cinema, or art, each piece is designed with some of my favorite classic cultural experiences in mind.

After years of being a bow tie enthusiast and lover of all things nostalgic, I wanted to create my own line, there were just two tiny hurdles: I didn’t know how to sew and didn’t have a sewing machine. In the summer of 2017, with the help and support of my family, I bought a 1958 Singer Sewing Machine and learned how to sew. After months of perfecting my technique and bow tie design, I scoured New York City for the perfect elements to build a brand of authenticity.

All of my bow ties are crafted to be an experience, from the moment you purchase your bow tie to the lifetime of sporting it, my intention is that each piece bring you a sense of joy and happiness upon owning it.

Atticus Atlas is dedicated to inclusivity, especially within the LGBTQ community. I want to create a culture where everyone feels welcome to be who they are; authentically and beautifully unique.
