Payment
Currently, we accept Debit/Credit through Etsy or Paypal for payment. All items are paid for at the time of purchase.

--Reserved Items--
I am happy to put items on reserve for up to 48 hours (two days). After 48 hours if the item has not been purchased or you haven't requested additional time, I will release it from reserve and send an email letting you know that it has been taken off reserve.
Shipping
Items will be shipped within 4 business days of purchase. Need it faster? Just let me know, and I can generally make it happen.

If an item returns as an unclaimed package we are not responsible for any shipping fees, and the item will be re-listed unless the buyer asks for item to be reshipped at their own expense.

--Within the US--
- Items are shipped via USPS or FedEx.
- Items will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase.
- All items are shipped with tracking information
- All items are shipped with insurance.

--Outside the US--
- Items are shipped via USPS International.
- Items will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase.
- Items weighing less than 4 pounds will ship USPS International First Class. This method does not have an insurance or tracking option.
- Items weighing more than 4 pounds must be shipped International Priority per USPS policies.
- Items over $50 are shipped via FedEx International with tracking.

--Customs and Duties--
International buyers are responsible for all customs fees and duties. I cannot control delays caused by customs.
It is considered fraud, punishable by fines up to $500, to mark the customs forms as "gift" when it is, in fact, merchandise. The forms will be marked as merchandise with the amount paid for the item, not including shipping. Listing the amount as anything less than the sale price also voids any insurance purchased for the package, so we simply cannot. Again, you, the buyer, are responsible for any customs fees or taxes imposed by your country.

--Note--
On all orders, shipping costs include postage, tracking, insurance, packaging (boxes, tissue paper, packing peanuts, etc), labels, ink, & gas for post office trips. Please keep this in mind when asking for further discounts. Thank you!

Refunds and Exchanges
Each item is unique and one-of-a-kind vintage and must be expected to have normal wear for its age. All of our items are pictured and described to our best ability. If you have questions about an item, please message BEFORE ordering.

--Returns--
We accept returns on domestic purchases. All returns must be mailed back within 4 days of receiving your item. They must be returned using trackable shipping such as Delivery Confirmation through USPS. Make sure to inform us prior to shipping it back. Upon receiving the return, your purchase price minus the shipping costs will be credited back through PayPal or Etsy. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

--Unclaimed Package--
If an item returns as an unclaimed package, we are not responsible for any shipping fees, and the item will be re-listed unless the buyer asks for item to be reshipped at their own expense.

--Feedback--
Please contact us with any issues before leaving feedback. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

--Damaged Items--
Please make sure to open and inspect your order when it arrives. If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and details of the damage. We may need additional photos and information to proceed with a claim. Please keep the original packaging materials as damaged parcels may also need to be picked up by the carrier or inspected at your local USPS or FedEx to proceed with a damage claim. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival time provided by the shipper. No claims can be made after 48 hours.
