I accept Paypal in US funds. You can pay with your credit card through Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account!

If you would like to use an Etsy gift card, you're welcome to convo me so I can turn on that feature for you. Otherwise, due to accounting purposes I leave the acceptance of direct etsy payment & etsy gift cards turned off.
PAYPAL INFORMATION & GIFT SHIPPING: I always ship your order to the address listed in your Paypal receipt, which is easily edited if you'd like your items shipped as a gift! Just click on EDIT where you address is listed in Paypal before completing the payment process. Need help? Just let me know! No question is too small, I'm always excited to get any kind of convo. ;-)
CARRIER INFORMATION: All items are shipped USPS mail with delivery confirmation(domestic only), either first class or priority. Regular(non-favors) orders are not guaranteed to arrive by a certain date or holiday because once they leave my hands it's up to the postal service! Do you need expedited shipping? Just send me a convo with the date you need your items and I can let you know the difference in shipping - if there even is one!
CANCELLATION: Regular orders can be cancelled within 24 hours(unless it's already gone out), otherwise, once an order is being prepared for shipment, it cannot be cancelled. This includes creating your chosen products for your order. Custom orders, once placed and paid for, cannot be cancelled.
RETURNED PACKAGES: returned packages that were non-deliverable by the postal service will incur a $5. return processing fee. A refund of unopened shipped boxes will be applied less original shipping charges and return processing fee within 15 business days.(does not apply to CUSTOM orders)
Because of the nature of custom orders made with your specific event or gift in mind, undeliverable or unclaimed custom orders are non-refundable
RECEIPT: I never include a receipt in your box, since I'm always trying to find good ways to conserve our resources...saving paper is the first step! If you need a receipt, please mention it in the "Notes to Seller" at checkout.
I'm happy to include a little handwritten note in your package, just leave your message in the notes to seller at time of purchase.
COMBINE SHIPPING & SHIPPING COSTS: I'm a shipping ninja, but there's nothing I can do about the cost of shipping just one item alone! If there’s a mix of particular things you'd like, just send me a convo & we can set up a custom listing for you with accurate shipping instead of the etsy estimates. Just include your zip code or country when you convo me. I do not refund for shipping overages due to the fact I don't review what the etsy shipping calculator did as I'm printing your label. The easiest way to make shipping as affordable as possible is with a custom listing!
INTERNATIONAL: Your purchase will ship via USPS, typically via first class mail which does not have delivery confirmation/tracking, unless you live in one of these countries, which will be trackable as of 7/28/13:
It can take anywhere from days to weeks for your purchase to arrive depending on your country's system for packages to go through customs etc. If you would like it to ship USPS priority(typically faster and trackable), please feel free to convo me with the items you'd like and I can create a custom listing for you. Do you live in a country that isn't listed? Let me know the item you're interested in and I'll give you a shipping quote! Please note that Aubrey Elizabeth Apothecary is not responsible for customs, taxes or duties fees, these are the responsibility of buyer. Please note that I wait 8-10 weeks for delivery of international packages before considering it lost in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of bath and body products, I cannot accept returns. Please be sure to read the details of the listing for weight, dimensions, fragrance, color and ingredient information. Also please see all as the included photographs for a visual on size! Refunds will not be given for based on any of those details(scent, color, size).
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, send me a convo or email within 3 days of receiving your package & I will do my best to help! Please contact me before leaving feedback since there's nothing I can do about a problem unless you give me the opportunity to know about it and make it better!
HOT WEATHER SHIPPING: Glycerin soap is heat sensitive! If you live in a very hot climate, it's best to have your soap delivered to a work address or left in a cool place by your mail delivery person. It indeed will melt if left in the blazing sun.
All domestic packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. I do not change or manually input your address, so it's always exactly as listed on your paypal account. Having a postal problem? Let me know and we can figure it out together! Please note that I wait 3-4 weeks for domestic & 8-10 weeks for delivery of international packages before considering it lost in transit. Occasionally your package may go missing and then get back on track. Because of this I do not guarantee any delivery dates for regular orders.
Undeliverable or unclaimed custom orders are non-refundable
Additional Policies and FAQs
Each soap and body product is created by my own little hands, so no two items are identical. That’s the beauty of the handmade! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in photos.
Did you receive your soap and notice little crystals on the surface? This is natural and can happen with fast temperature fluctuations as well as humid & hot climates! Your soap is fine and you can wipe it off or leave it as is, it does not affect the condition or usability of the product. It's just the glycerin in the soap attracting moisture from the air. All soaps are best gifted within 3 months for optimal freshness.
Please note that I do not provide free products or sponsorship for blogs, events, reviews, or giveaways.
I prefer to go the more organic route of having the bloggers/youtubers/instagrammers choose to include my products in their collections, reviews, etc just because they love them, not because they've been paid with product. It's more genuine to me =)

For charities looking for donations, I've chosen to privately participate in charities that are important to me, but don't do so through my business...there are so many awesome ones it would be impossible to choose! Thank you for your understanding.
INFO ON SECONDS SALES:
These are products that didn't turn out as expected, but there's nothing actually wrong with them. Specifics on each seconds item will be in the listing and it's usually just a cosmetic blemish that didn't go as planned.
CUSTOM REQUESTS/FAVOR ORDERS:
I love doing custom orders! Convo me at any time so that we can discuss yours. I am always open to fragrance requests & color changes. If it needs to be shipped in under 2 weeks, a rush charge($5-$15) may apply but will always be discussed beforehand.
Do you want custom tags to really add that luxury touch? Custom tags are anywhere from $2-$6 depending on the size of your order & design time involved.
Custom orders must be paid in full before production begins. Once I begin making your order, the order cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.
I do not offer wholesale, consignment or private label at this time, but thank you so much for your interest! I made this important decision because I create handmade items, I don't mass produce. Each item takes a great deal of time & effort and the prices listed here are fair cost when that is taken into consideration.
I fully disclose all of the ingredients used in my products. Aubrey Elizabeth Apothecary will not be responsible for any adverse effects as it is up to you to recognize potential allergens.
