Returns and exchanges
* The expense of all shipping cost will fall upon you. The packaging must be the same as or corresponding to the one that the item was shipped within to you.
* Once the returned item has reached us, we will make a refund to your PayPal account. We will not refund the shipping costs of the original shipping or return shipping.
* We do our best to describe and portray items as well as possible, so if you have any doubts before making a purchase, please contact us for further information or more photos.
REFUND - CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS
We're sorry, there are no refunds on personalized or custom items unless the mistake is made by the artist. Please make sure we have the accurate spelling for personalizing. We will pay for regular ground shipping through the USPS on items that are our mistake but we must approve all returns prior to any refund.
REFUND - DAMAGED ITEM:
* We would like to see a photograph of a damaged item as proof.
* If the item is damaged, we will send a similar one as replacement.
* If you do not wish to receive a replacement item, the alternative is a refund to your PayPal account.
