Accepted payment methods
Payment methods include cheque, bank transfer and Paypal. Whichever you prefer!
Off the Rack:
Payment is within 48 hours of receipt of your invoice. If you fail to pay or decide you no longer want the product, it will be available to be sold again. Once payment is received, postage is always first class on the next working day (including Saturdays).
Made to Order (One Off Cards):
Payment for made to order products is upfront. Following consultation regarding what you want from your design, you will receive an invoice. Payment must be made within 48 hours, and the product won’t be started until payment has been received. Once payment is received, I am to have the card in the post to you within three working days. If no payment is received within 48 hours of receipt of your invoice, the order will have to be placed again and a new invoice issued.
Made to Order (Large Orders):
A deposit of 50% of your full price is required prior to commencement of your order. Following consultation you will receive an invoice, and will have 48 hours to pay either the 50% or the full price, depending on what you have decided works best for you. The final 50% is payable upon completion of your order, prior to postage. Once your order has been completed you will receive a final invoice for the remaining amount, and will be required to pay this within a previously agreed timescale. If you decide you no longer want the order, but have already paid your deposit, if I have not started making you will be refunded back your initial 50% minus 20% for design and time.
Unfortunately no refunds are available if your order has already been started, however I will fulfil your order to match the amount you have already paid for.
