As unique as your baby!

I decided to turn my passion for making things into a hobby and that hobby has grown into a business that my family and I love and that we hope you will love too. I do everything I can to ensure that you receive the blankets and products you want, on time and in perfect condition.

My passion comes from my belief in the miracle of life--I created Audrey's Bear to help you celebrate and treasure the miracle of life, and to help you make those special, once-in-a-lifetime moments even more special and unique.

I created my swaddle4swaddle program so that every time someone like you purchases an Audrey's Bear swaddle blanket we donate a similar blanket to a baby in a NICU or a pediatric cancer center.

One of my nephews was born with several complications and spent many months in a NICU, so I know--at least in a small way--how difficult times like that can be for babies and their parents. After getting a few orders from parents and caregivers of babies in NICUs and pediatric cancer centers, I felt a call to provide these children blankets for free, to help with their developmental care and to help their parents celebrate the miracle of their child's life. It is a small gesture, I know, but one that has been very meaningful for these parents, the caretakers, and for me as well.

I invite you to join me in this effort, and all you have to do is order! I thank you for supporting these precious babies and their families.

After ordering a personalized item, you will be sent a proof within 1-2 business days. This proof will be sent to the email associated with your order, so please check your junk mail folder regularly after ordering (the proof will come from an @AudreysBear.com email address). If you do not reply with an approval or changes to your proof within 7 days, we will print your fabric and create and ship your product within our normal turnaround time.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
As all our products are made-to-order, we only offer the option for a refund or replacement in the event that the product(s) is(are) damaged or defective. We will require photographs or that the product(s) be returned to us to process a refund or replacement.

Once your refund or replacement is approved, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as practical. If you are approved for a replacement, your replacement product(s) will be created and shipped to you as soon as practical.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If your refund does not appear on your account, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If after 7 business days from your refund approval the funds have still not posted to your account, please contact us at friends [!at] audreysbear.com

SHIPPING
If you are required to return your product, we will notify you of the shipping address and, in most cases, provide you with a prepaid shipping label. In some cases, however, you may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping
For standard orders, your product(s) will ship within 2-3 weeks from your proof approval date.

Rush production orders ship within 3-4 business days with standard shipping.

International orders once shipped can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months to get to you so please plan accordingly.

If you do not reply with an approval or changes to your proof within 7 days, we will print your fabric and create and ship your product within our normal turnaround time.

If you have a rush order and do not reply within 4 days we will print your fabric and create and ship your product within 3-4 business days of the 4 days.

Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to receive my proof?

A proof will be sent to the email address you have associated with your Etsy account within 72 hours of placing your order. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder; it may have slipped into there. The email will come from DESIGNERNAME @audreysbear.com. If you aren't finding your proof within 72 hours, please send me a message and we will track it down for you right away. :)

Sizing details

Swaddle blankets come in: SMALL (28x34 in) or LARGE (34x54 in). You can also choose from SINGLE-SIDED (design on front, white on back) or DOUBLE-SIDED (double the thickness - design on front and back).

Care instructions

Wash on delicate cycle, in cold water, with a phosphate-free detergent. Air fluff or line dry.
