You can pay with your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) — all without having a PayPal account (as cited from paypal.com).

TIMEFRAMES

We always try to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Non Personalised orders

We try to ship all orders within 48 hours of payment clearing during working days.

Personalised orders
------------------------------------

Greeting cards- Normally shipped within 48-72 working hours as no proof required.

Art Prints- We try to ship these within a 3-5 time frame. We send you a proof of your personalised order that you will need to approve. Once this is approved we will print & ship your order as soon as possible.

If we do not hear back from you within 3 days of sending a proof a reminder email will be sent.

If we still do not hear back from you 5 days after the original proof was sent will print the order on the assumption you have approved the order.

Non- working days

Please note I do not work weekends, bank holidays (UK) or and family birthdays.

Family birthdays are:

30th July, 7th August, 17th & 24th October.

UK ORDERS

All order under A4 size are shipped via royal mail. For orders larger than A4 size we use a courier. Please allow 3-5 extra days for delivery from a courier.

Please note: Larger than A4 also includes some of our A4 prints as the mount provided is A3 size.

All framed prints are also A3 size due to the frame size.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We use Airmail by the Royal Mail to post your order.

In accordance with Royal Mail the following time frames apply:

Delivery aim to Europe in three to five working days
Delivery aim to the rest of the world in five to seven working days.

Airmail is not recorded.

If you want your order recorded we can send it International signed for. This starts from an additional £5.15 onwards. (Prices set by the Royal Mail).



IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Our items should be is duty free . In rare cases, state sales tax may be collected in addition to import duty & taxes. Please note, that the buyer is responsible for meeting this additional cost should it occur.

You can check out any likely duty here; http://www.dutycalculator.com/ but according to this website our items are highly unlikely to incur any fees. We cannot guarantee this of course.


GETTING TO YOU SAFELY

Your orders are packaged for maximum protection as we think they are so lovely we want them to get to you safely.

WORKING DAYS & HOURS

Please note I only work 9-5pm Monday to Fridays.

I am not able to answer messages or make orders outside of these times.

LOGO & WATERMARKS

Please note that to protect our images we put a logo or watermark on them. Please be assured your image will not have this logo or watermark on it.

SIZES

Please note our sizes are approximate.

Our standard print size is A4 : 8.3 x 11.7 inches

COLOURS

Please note our colour are adjusted to be brighter to for internet images to show up finer detail and will be lighter when printed.

Also bear in mind that your screen settings will have an effect on how the colours look so colours may have a slight variation.

GICLEE PRINTS

Our prints are made to the highest standard. Printed using archival inks onto the world's finest 410gsm woven canvas cloth. These are protected in cello wraps.

All prints come with a mount & backing board.

GIFT WRAPPING
