Welcome to Aurora Bridal on Etsy; my little collection of handmade wedding jewelry and bridal accessories. Here you will find headpieces, hair flowers, sashes, earrings, pendants, necklaces, bracelets and bridesmaid jewelry all made with crystals, pearls, and rhinestones from Swarovski Elements™. All flowers are created entirely by hand, each genuine silk petal at a time. No pre-formed craft flowers are ever used. You're most welcome to contact me for a sample before buying to ensure you have the correct fabric color match.

All items listed (unless specified otherwise) are HANDMADE TO ORDER therefore, each item carries a construction time and subsequently, all sales are final.
You can find the estimated construction time on the actual item description page and after ordering, on your Etsy invoice too.
While, I make every effort to finish work before the estimated ship date, unfortunately my schedule can fall behind occasionally. However, if you have a specific need by date or expedited shipping method in mind, please send me a message in advance so I can arrange that for you.

I’m very sorry to hear that your shopping experience wasn’t satisfactory. It is certainly never my intention to have an unhappy customer. You initially reported to me that you were happy with your item on receipt but many months later, you then told me a different story - that your item was damaged in transit. Despite this confusion, I feel I have been more than accommodating. I have tried to offer you several options to rectify the matter but you now refuse to respond to me directly. If any customer receives a damaged item, I urge them to contact me straight away so I can issue a replacement immediately. Customer service and producing high quality pieces are of the utmost importance to me. Once again, I am very sorry. However, I am still willing to help you if you could please get in touch. - Rachel

4 out of 5 starsThough there was a delay in delivery, I did receive my gorgeous earrings safe and sound. rachel was apologetic, gave me a free pair of earrings with the ones I purchased and gave me a 20% refund. Things happen and she certainly made up for it. Thanks Rachel, they are beautiful. Best Kim

Hello Julia, I'm so very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, your order coincided with me having to put my store on hold, which was an unexpected emergency. I have issued a full refund and sent some handmade jewelry pieces to you for the trouble. I'm very glad to hear you were able to find an alternative piece. Frequently asked questions
Are your items made to order and how long does that take?
Almost all items listed are handmade to order therefore the lead time is provided in each item's description. Usually that time will be approximately 2 -4 weeks, depending on the intricacy of your pieces. You can also access the ship date of your order via your confirmation statement (under 'my orders') at any time.
How long will delivery take?
For domestic orders within the United States, once your items are made to order and shipped, you can expect to receive them in 3 business days. I always ship via Priority Mail for the speediest delivery and obtain a tracking number. That information should be sent out automatically to you via Etsy. However if you do not receive it or are concerned about an unexpected USPS delay, please contact me straight away.
International delivery times can vary due to your local customs standard processing procedure which although rare, is sadly out of my control. Should this happen however, please contact me immediately so I can remedy the problem.
Do you have any items made and ready to ship straight away?
Some select pieces that are ready for shipping may be already listed for sale throughout my shop but if you are having difficulty tracking them down, please drop me a message and I can provide further information. I also usually also have a select few finished one off pieces in my studio ready for sale. Please contact me for the latest updates about that too. Ready made items can usually be shipped out to you within the next business day which in turn means you'd be looking to receive your order only 3-4 business days following the sale (US only)
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes but unfortunately, I can only accommodate a very limited quantity of custom work so urge you to contact me well in advance of your wedding/special occasion date to discuss availability, exchange ideas and formulate a plan to create something beautiful, and unique just for you.
