Returns and exchanges
We specialize in all things vintage and due to the nature of vintage items, our products have the weathered, time worn, and well loved look that our customers have come to expect and enjoy. This means that products will not be in an untouched or like new condition unless otherwise specified and will often carry the marks and evidence of their histories and previous owners.

All sales are final.

In the event that your item is damaged during shipping, please convo us or email us directly at salvage [!at] auroramills.com for refunds and exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Payment
We accept Etsy direct payments as well as PayPal.

Please note that you don't need a PayPal account to use your credit card via PayPal - just click the payment button and you can choose the option to pay with credit card or debit without signing up for an account. Payments through PayPal must be received within 48 hours of purchase, or the transaction will be cancelled and items will be returned to the shop.

Discounts must be applied at time of purchase/checkout. Discounts will not be applied subsequent to completion of purchase.

Shipping
The shipping charge includes both the cost of shipping, handling and the materials used (bubble mailer, box, peanuts, tissue, etc.)

Shipping costs are for the continental United States. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii there will be additional shipping costs. The best thing to do is to send us a convo for a shipping quote.

International shipping is not available

Shipping Timeline:
Packages are shipped 2-3 business days after payment is received. Orders generally arrive within 1-2 weeks.

Insurance, Tracking and Customs:
Orders do include insurance. All orders will include tracking information. If you would like to upgrade the shipping for your package please send us a message prior to making your payment and we will be happy to give you a quote. All taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
