3 van 5 sterrenOnce the item arrived it was exactly what I was after. However, it arrived 5 days later than I was originally told. I understand that sometimes things dont go as planned but the seller did not contact me to apologies for the delay, it was only when I contacted them that I got an explanation.

1 van 5 sterrenThe quality is like something you’d buy on Shein or Temu. The material is not nice and not worth the money. I contacted the seller and was told ‘others have been satisfied’ they suggested a replacement or partial refund. I agreed to a refund and happy to return and I haven’t heard anything since. I haven’t heard anything back from the seller. In my opinion it’s another ‘Shein’ style seller using Etsy and selling poor quality, cheap materials. Etsy used to be good quality items from small independent sellers and I’ve been stung!
