Eloise was absolutely fantastic and so very kind. The umbrella is perfect and beautiful. The colours and swirl are immaculate. It was well packaged and I just feel such relief at having a new one in time for the summer (Scotland) Comic Con's. Eloise's umbrellas are the best for Firefly cosplay. They are durable and hardy made of silk rather than paper and they are just superb quality. A++++++++++++

Everything from the initial concept and chat thru to the updates and the receiving of the items has been a smile-inducing and shiny time. Ideas that I had never considered were suggested, patience due to my ignorance of subject matter was given, humour and banter were always present and then the merchandise arrived and Oh My God! How long does it take to make a jumpsuit?
For my US customers I do request a month notice if possible! As I am a UK seller and need a couple of weeks to make the costume and a further 2 weeks for shipping (tracked and signed)
