About

I buy lots of old things and make things with them in my basement.

I have always loved collecting vintage beads and making necklaces, but I spent several decades being extremely frustrated that I could not make with metal the type of jewelry that I envisioned. In 2010 I participated in a Mercy Corps NW IDA savings program (URL below). With the help of Mercy Corps' business classes and generous matching grant, I was able to take metalwork classes, purchase equipment and start making and selling jewelry right out of my basement. It was a slow, rocky start that was not without many lessons, but three years later I am fully self-employed and I love it.

Returns and exchanges
If the ring you have purchased from me is not the right size, in most cases I can make another one for you in the correct size to be exchanged via post. If requesting a size exchange within a month of receiving original ring, I charge $3.50 for return shipping. If requesting a size exchange after one month of receiving original ring, I charge a $15 re-sizing fee plus $3.50 for shipping.

I am happy to offer exchanges of items for store credit or another item of equal value. Original order must be re-sellable (not damaged and not personalized in a way that makes it unsellable to the public).

I reserve the right to accept returns on custom-made jewelry at my own discretion. Most of these items are made to order, so it is difficult for me to accept returns for refund if I have just taken the time to craft your piece from scratch. If I do accept a return, the jewelry must be re-sellable (not damaged and not personalized in a way that makes it unsellable to the public) and request must be within one month of delivery of jewelry. If you leave a negative public review on my shop without contacting me first to find a solution, you are negating your right to an exchange or a refund - I'm a person, just talk to me. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please let me know - I will do everything in my power to help make it right!

♥Thank you so much!!♥

Shipping
Please note that Etsy sellers are not responsible for customs charges. If shopping from overseas please know your country's customs laws before making purchase.

Please note that while I do my best to make and ship items in a timely fashion, shipping is a separate process that sellers have little control over. If you are having an issue with shipping I will do my best to help remedy the situation, but cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping, particularly on international orders.
