Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
I am willing to do refunds. please message me about the circumstances of the refund you are requesting. If the refund is in full your order will be canceled and the item not shipped.

*custom orders will not receive full refunds once the work is started. If order is canceled before item is shipped the shipping price will be refunded and a percentage of the item price dependent on the work completed will be refunded.

if you have decided that you no longer want the item if it misses a deadline due to an incorrect address (on the buyers part) I will refund you the item but keep the shipping charge, once the item has returned to me

if you have sent me the correct address and there is a problem with the shipping, i will do everything i can to find out what is wrong and fix the problem. In this case if the inability to meet a deadline is not due to an incorrect address on the part of the buyer, i will issue a full refund on request.
Payment
Please list deadlines in the note section of your order. Deadlines will received priority. Otherwise items are shipped in the order they were bought.

Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.

Custom orders are negotiated. Then once all is agreed a custom listing for the shop will be posted and a link to it sent. Work on custom orders will not start until payment is received.

Taxes are included in item price.

Cancellations are accepted. See refund policy.
Shipping
Please keep shipping time in mind if you have a deadline for your order (especially custom orders)
shipping international can take up to a month or more depending on customs. Domestic shipping can take 2-5 days

if you have a specific deadline for your item please add it as a personal note to your item, this will prioritize you item when it comes to shipping.

please double check your address before you submit your order. Shipping labels auto use the address you submit, if the address you submit is incorrect, it will be returned to me and I will have to re-ship it. this will usually result in you not receiving your item by a deadline it would otherwise have arrived by.

You will be charged for re-shipping. Item will not ship until new shipping payment is received.

I am not responsible for wrong addresses. I do NOT type your address into the shipping label program it is automatically added from your invoice. if you send me a message with a correction to your address I will correct it as fast as I can but there is no guarantee I will get the information before I send the item.

COMMISSIONS GUIDLINES
I am very open about trying new styles and techniques though I can not guarantee I will be able to take your request. There are a few peices of information i will need for all commissions

1- budget, if you have one and what it is

2- deadline, if you have one and the exact date that is the latest you can receive your item.

3- details, as many as you can give me. Reference images, drawings anything helps


Open communication is a must!

the clearer you are in describing your needs and the faster negotiations go the smoother the overall transaction. also if you do not like how your project is going or the deadline changes please tell me ASAP so i can ccommodate your needs with as little hassle as possible.

**if you have not heard about your project in a while please check in with me. I try to send regular progress photos and updates

*IF I have tried several times to reach you (meaning 3 or more e-mails/messages and a few weeks of waiting) and not received an answer I will assume you no longer want the project. I will then try to sell it to someone else and keep your down payment. I have had a problem in the past with people requesting commissions, I do the work and send photos and they never talk to me again
