I purchased personalized cocktail umbrellas from Autumn Jo for my wedding. Great product! Everyone loved them and it added a really nice personal touch!

for $1 each piece (plus shipping), I expected more but they are cute. Angle of each umbrella varies, so keep that in mind for intended use.

Returns and exchange details
All refund and exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. All acceptable refunds require the item to be mailed back in the original condition with all of the packing materials included. Buyer pays all shipping charges.
If an item is incorrect or damaged, please contact me and I will happily replace the item.
A 50% non-refundable deposit will be retained upon cancellation or refund request for all custom orders.
All orders not paid in full within 2 days/48 hours will be cancelled.
Most items will ship USPS Parcel Post (up to 9 days for delivery in the US).
An extra charge will be assessed for rush orders. A rush order is anything that needs to be shipped before the published processing time. An extra $25 will be charged and expedited shipping charges will apply. Please contact me prior to purchase to ensure I am available and to discuss the details.
Please verify that your address is correct at checkout as I will ship to that address. If this is a gift, please make sure the address is correct at checkout. Also include any special handling details and I will not put a price invoice in the package.
I ship international! Please note that buyers are liable for any relevant customs and import duties.

This is a hobby for me so unfortunately my “real” job has priority over my creating. Please refer to the hours listed below to set the expectation for answering questions, fulfilling orders and shipping. I live and work in Austin, Texas, USA so all times are listed in central time.
