My name is Alyssa, I design and curate items that remind me of moments lost in time, each with it's own story still being told.
I am a self taught seamstress and have been sewing for over 20 years, I also collect and dismantle antiques. More than anything, I take pride in quality workmanship, for I'm deeply humbled by small attention to details. Nothing quite compares to the feeling and sentiment in owning something that holds memories, it's a notion that almost rewinds time and stirs the imagination. Please note I charge a New Jersey Sales Tax of 7% on all items sold through my shop.
• Please allow 1-3 days for processing.

• I ship using USPS First Class & USPS Priority Mail; Regular business days, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

• All items shipped to U.S. locations will include a delivery confirmation (tracking number) Shipping usually takes 2-9 business days from date shipped, to all U.S. locations.

• I personally drop off each package to the post office to ensure its safe departure. Once in their hands I am no longer responsible if lost, stolen, or damage by mail.

If you so choose, you can let me know prior to making your purchase if you would like to upgrade your shipping to priority mail, or would like insurance.

I ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Please note that NO TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED! However, for a fee you may upgrade to registered mail with tracking, simply convo me before your order is placed to upgrade!

Depending on where you are located in the world it may take several weeks to a couple months for you to receive your order!
Refunds and Exchanges
Please don't hesitate to contact me with any problems with your order, I do my absolute best to satisfy my customers, and I will work with you if your dissatisfied in any way!

• Items such as earrings and hair accessories are NON refunded for sanitary purposes.

• If you are at all unsatisfied with your order you will be refunded under these terms:

1. Buyer must contact me withing 48 hours of receiving the item(s).
2. Buyer pays for return shipping with tracking number.
3. All Items must be shipped back to Autumns Rose within 3 days of receiving.

• All damaged Items are eligible to be fixed a month after purchase.

However if any items are lost off your individualized piece I am NOT responsible for them, some are irreplaceable vintage components that cannot be reproduced.

I am more than happy to fix any damaged items but due to the fact that the majority of my work is one of a kind and consists of both new and vinatge materials in its creation process, replicating a damaged item to its exact original state is unfortunately not always possible. However If the case may arise where something cannot be replicated I will work with you to find a comparable piece (at your expense) to replace the damaged part.

Please understand in cases where one of a kind items are damaged and cannot be replaced I would have to look for an alternative item to match up. In such instances I will would NOT CHARGE FOR ANY LABOR it took to complete (WHAT I PAY, IS WHAT YOU PAY for the item along with shipping and insurance if desired.)
Additional policies and FAQs
~ All my items are securely wrapped and packaged accordingly.

~ I triple check each shipment before being packaged and brought to the post office.

~ I use both new and vintage materials, all of which I personally inspect and clean with only the highest quality standards in mind.

~ Also note that all computer screens are not calibrated the same, colors may vary slightly from the pictures I post depending on the individuals monitor.

~ All my work is done in a clean, smoke and animal free workshop.

~ Any and all small parts should be kept away from children due to choking hazards.
