Don't get me wrong, the dress was beautiful, but the customer service and the whole shipping process sucks. I ordered my dress April 3rd and it said it would be delivered by the 20th of May. It got shipped on the 23rd of May and not out of Sarotoga Springs. Out of China. It was in pre shipping until the 2nd of June, my prom being on the 3rd. We were decieved multiple times from the seller, saying that it would be there in time. When your suspected delievery date is the 20th of May, I expect my package to be there around that time, and don't blame etsy for messing up your delievery dates. The seller didn't seem to understand our frustration. It would have been fine if they just stated that they make their dresses in China and that it wouldn't be there in time. If I would have known this, I would have bought a different dress.

Stunning dress. Just like the photos. Should've ordered a smaller size tho cuz the waist runs a little bit large and since the back is corset & strings you can adjust the fit even if your waist is larger than the size chart.
