The Nature of Vintage Clothing:

We do our very best to provide only the highest quality products. But remember, you are on a site that sells authentic vintage merchandise. Since these items are not brand new, even deadstock items will possibly have minor character flaws. We provide descriptions detailing each item's measurements, features and condition; we also provide many large photos of each item.

Since these items have been around for 20+ years, we cannot guarantee that their previous owners didn't smoke, have pets or wore cologne. While we do our best to deliver items in reasonably clean condition, a vintage item is not going to look / smell suburban mall fresh. Please keep this in mind if you are sensitive / allergic to these potential conditions.

While we'd love to be able to have all clothing items dry cleaned for our customers, it simply is not cost-effective. Vintage clothing is typically priced well below new item retail so please take into consideration that minor maintenance may have to be performed before wearing (i.e., laundering / drycleaning, reinforcing buttons, etc.).

Returns and exchanges
Sorry, we do not accept returns / refunds. Again, if you have any questions about an item, we strongly encourage you to contact us before purchasing. We promise to respond within 24 hours--usually much sooner than that. Items can be put on hold for up to 3 days. We are friendly and reasonable people & will bend over backwards to ensure your happiness!
We are currently accepting money orders (United States only) and Paypal payments (U.S. and international). Paypal is the only payment method available to buyers outside the U.S.

We LOVE communication! If not paying immediately, (planning on paying via money order or for any other reason) please show good faith by emailing us with intent to pay within 3 days. Transactions must be completed within 7 days or item may be re-sold through Etsy or by other means.
We ship via United States Postal Service promptly after receipt of payment. Large bulk items that are too big or heavy for USPS will be shipped via United Parcel Service. If you wish to have upgraded shipping service and / or insurance, we can work with you but please realize those services come at additional cost. We keep all shipping receipts, however, any issues of delayed or lost parcels must be taken up with the shipping provider. International buyers, please be aware that your item can take up to two weeks to arrive due to customs procedures. If you are an Italian citizen please contact us before purchasing--Italian customs laws are quite strict.
