How do I access my digital files
Log into your Etsy Account > Your Account > Purchases and Reviews > Purchases > Download Files
How do I extract files from a zip folder?
If you're using a Windows computer, you can unzip a file by following these steps:
1. Right-click on the zipped file you want to extract.
2. Select "Extract All" from the drop-down menu.
3. Choose the location where you want to save the unzipped files.
4. Click "OK" to start the extraction process.
Once the process is complete, the file will be unzipped and ready to use.
If you're using a Mac computer, unzipping a file is even easier:
1. Simply double-click on the zipped folder you want to extract.
The folder will automatically be unzipped and its contents will be available for use.
I can't find the SVG file in my downloads?
I always make sure to include SVGs in all my design files. However, if you don't see the SVG file, it's possible that your computer has renamed it as an HTML file with the Google Chrome symbol. Don't worry, it's still an SVG file and it functions just the same. Your computer has simply designated SVGs to be opened with Google Chrome.

You are permitted to sell items like t-shirts, invitations, wooden signs, ornaments, and so on. However, you are not authorized to resell the files digitally in any way. Please take note that mass production or digitization for embroidery is not permitted. Furthermore, print on demand is strictly prohibited.
