I found my "thing" and hope you love my items as much as I love creating them!

I began crafting in my downtime as just a hobby which has turned into so much more. I work a job that during the summers all of our customers go home which gave me plenty of free time to create new and exciting pieces. I dusted off my sewing machine which I haven't used in maybe 5 years and began this journey! I now love to making others happy with handmade items that I hope you will appreciate!

Welcome to Avrit+Oliver! We make handmade pillows, decals, and all sorts of other fun household items. Please take a look around and if you see something you want bigger/smaller or completely customized we can create anything you would like! 😊

PLEASE READ THROUGH ALL SHOP POLICIES BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. ONCE YOU PLACE AN ORDER YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL POLICIES IN MY SHOP.

**RUSH FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.**

**All items are non refundable and not able to be cancelled. Once you purchase from our shop you are agreeing to our policies and shipping times**

Due to the nature of our products and how they are made, we cannot refund or cancel any items after the 1 hour window after that we allow for cancellations

-PLEASE review all processing and shipping times before ordering so you are not mislead about when you will receive your items.

Due to the nature of our products and that 90% of them are custom. We cannot accept cancellations of any orders once they are placed.

Refund and exchange policy exception: if any product is received broken or not as expected we must know the day upon receiving per tracking information. If we are not notified upon the day item is received we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges. Please send a photo of your item with the message and an explanation of what is wrong with your order. We will then determine if it qualifies for a refund or exchange.

-If items are sent to the wrong address and we are not notified that the address is incorrect before the item is shipped we are not liable for the items not being delivered to the correct address.
As a customer, you are responsible for leaving the correct ship to address when you place your order.

- If your item is returned back to us due to the customer leaving an incorrect address, no refund will be given and customer must pay shipping to ship the item again.

We take tracking numbers very seriously and if an item states it is delivered we will not assume otherwise.

Unfortunately we cannot do any refunds on or exchanges on custom orders. This also applies to orders that you completely customized.
Please make sure you place the correct name/ monogram in the note to seller box at checkout. Once your order is made it cannot be changed thus us having to make you a new one. Please double check that the name/monogram you leave is correct.

Lastly, we absolutely love making custom items for our customers but must have these policies in place for a business to run smoothly. Please read through these policies and message us with any questions.
As these are handmade items that will have a certain charm to them as store bought items do not.My seams might not always be perfect and the pillows might be extra fluffy but I believe that adds more to the charm than anything :)
Payment
Please pay at time of time purchase. We take most forms of payment :)
Shipping
Please be advised that each order has a processing time which you can view in the listing. The shipping option you choose will take effect after the processing time. If you need your order sooner, please contact me for a rush order!

Processing times is the time between when the order is place and when the order is filled and ready for shipment.

Shipping options is the time from when your item is shipped and dropped at the post office to when it arrives are your house.
-Any delays made from the post office, Fedex or UPS are our of our hands.

We ship through USPS and Fedex. We offer many different types of shipping but the most common ones we offer are listed below:
Standard Shipping(99 cents)- This option is shipped in an envelope with a forever stamp just like a letter. This option can take up to 5-7 days to be delivered. This option is not tracked and sometimes may get lost in the mail( just like a letter can). Please be advised when choosing this option, we cannot guarantee a delivery date since there is no way to track it. I like to offer this option as a low cost method for customers ordering lower priced items.
**If for some reason your order DOES get lost in the mail, I will gladly make you a new one on me**

First Class Shipping- This option is shipped with a tracking number and once it has shipped takes 3-4 days to be received.

Priority Shipping- This option is shipped with a tracking number and one it has been shipped takes 2-3 days to be received.

On items that need extra packaging I will wrap with bubble wrap to ensure safe travel.

When ordering, please put the name EXACTLY as you want ti to read. For example, if you put AMANDA, your item will be printed in all capital letters.

I do custom orders on any product in my shop.
We can custom make the wine glasses with any name/ color vinyl.

We can also make custom pillow cases with any logo for design of your choosing.

Do not hesitate to message me and we can storm up something beautiful!

Where do I leave the name or monogram for my order?

There will be a box at checkout labeled "note to seller". You may leave any notes including the name or monogram needed for your order here. You may also leave any other information you think I may need in this box :)

What size is in the photo?

On some of my listings I will put the size in the photo in the details. On alot of the listings since it is custom to your needs you may need to measure the space you want your decal to fit. For example: your door, your phone, your car. These things you will need to measure how much space you want the decal to take up. If you have any questions or need help at all PLEASE don't hesitate to send me a message!

When will my order ship if I purchased today?

Each listing has a different processing time(the time it takes from point of purchase to point of shipping) after the processing time, your shipping option will take effect.
For instance if the processing time is 1 week, your order will ship out in 1 week PLUS whatever shipping option you chose.

I need a different size than what is in the listing!

Not to worry :) I can make most listings accommodate any size you may need. Please message me the size you need and I will do my best to make it happen!
