Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
All of my work is one of a kind and hand made. Colors may appear differently than on screen. For example, some colors will look more amazing in person. I am happy to answer questions. All sales are final. I will do my best at packaging items so they are not damaged in shipping. I will include a tracking number to help you and I know when your item arrives. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of its arrival with a photo and condition. We can discuss if a replacement is possible, however, new shipping charges may apply. You may purchase additional insurance, contact me before placing your order and we can work out the details.

I love to make custom orders, contact me with your requests, I love a good challenge. Due to the nature of my work, the soonest turnaround on custom orders can be 3-4 weeks to build. I require a deposit for half the total price of the custom item(s) before I can start building them. At the moment your item(s) are completed, I will contact you and can ship as soon as full payment is received.
