Beautiful work and arrived the day after I received notification that they were in the mail. When I contacted Serena about them being too small she was very kind and responded quickly willing to help me as best she could and as she saw fit.

Look really good, Size is accurate. Kinda uncomfortable and need to be worn in, and they look chunky. Worth it.

Love the design. The comfort shoes are not that comfortable though, especially for the price but that's not the fault of the seller.

These shoes are seriously amazing and perfect for my princess business! Only problem was the "ice" piece at the back of the shoes stab my heel a bit but I think I can fix it

The bag was kinda small and the strap was kinda short, but it's very well made and I do like it a lot, those were my only issues
