I contacted the seller to ask about exchanging the ring for a bigger size and they were very accommodating and quick in their responses. Once the final result came, my husband could wait to wear it. The ring is such a great quality, he's afraid to wear it because he wants to keep it perfect! The pictures really don't do it justice, it's a very nice and heavy metal, comfortable, and the wood pops out in a way that you can see the fine details without it being overpowering. This has met my expectations above and beyond and I couldn't be more happy

5 out of 5 starsI had purchased a ring a couple years back, there was some damage done to it (natural wear and tear) and I was hoping to buy the same one, but it had since been discontinued. I bought this one instead and I’m glad I did! The material is heavy duty, super sleek, and my husband loved it even more than the last! If you like a band with a little bit of weight to it, this one is the one to get. A+ customer service too btw.
