AXIOS is a Greek word. It means worthy — worthy of the honour, of the name you carry. That's the standard.

I'm John. I studied Greco-Roman history and anthropology, and I coach for a living: dragon boat crews, strength and conditioning, people working at something hard. Years of my life have gone into both the library and the training floor. The ancients trained the mind and the body. They were the true mindset monsters.

Everything here evolves out of that. When Socrates goes on a shirt, the Greek sits under his name, because Greek is the tongue he taught in. Marcus Aurelius in the Latin of his empire. Saladin carries Arabic, his language of strength and charity. I don't print a line I don't stand behind.

Train in it. Wear it. Live it. Because this wisdom earned its place. That's the only endorsement I'll make.
