The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I endeavor to make every effort to make each purchase a happy experience and hope you will be satisfied with your jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know so that we may rectify the problem. A refund for non-personalized merchandise will be available (minus the cost of shipping), for up to 3 days from the time of delivery. After this time, all sales are final.

In order to return, you must contact me first. For return, item must be return postmarked within 7 days of original delivery. The items must be shipped back to me in the original unused state, including the jewelry, card and box. Send your item tracked to verify its location and return delivery.

For all non-US orders, including Canada, I ship via USPS First Class Mail International. There is no way to track international first class mail packages once they leave my hands. Delivery times for international packages vary and can take upto 30 business days. Remember, your package will always have to pass through your country's customs office. This can take a while.

Some countries apply import taxes and customs fees on all packages over a certain price coming into the country. All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
