Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Returns and exchange details
Each order is carefully prepared and well packed and sealed in a thick padded envelope to avoid damage during shipping.

When you decide to order a jewel, please note that there is no refund. All jewelry is shipped in good condition (in support pictures). However, in case of breakage during delivery, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order.

All returned jewelry will be repaired, exchanged for an equal value of jewelry or transformed into credit rating by written request of the customer. Any repair or replacement will be made and shipped to the same address within 3 to 5 working days after receiving the product.

** Please note that the cost of delivery and return are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer. **

Head to your local post office so that your order is returned via Canada Post and mention "Return of goods". Do not use FedEx or UPS for returns because the customs charges will then be billed.
The shop accepts PayPal payments, credit cards and gift cards Etsy.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post (standard mail). Once your order mailed, provide a possible time before the reception. According to Canada Post: Quebec (3-7 days), Canada (7-10 days) and the US (5 to 14 days).

Orders are processed between 1 and 3 working days of receipt of payment and after validation.

Before ordering, make sure you have read the characteristics of the jewelry and accept the conditions of sale.

It is your responsibility to provide the right information (name, address, email, etc.) when you complete the purchase form. Sending your order to the address you provided.
