I include the weight and dimensions of each crystal in the listing, along with photos from multiple angles and a hand-held shot for size reference. Please be sure to check these details before ordering so there are no surprises when your crystal arrives. If any info is missing, feel free to reach out—I may have just accidentally left it out!
Do you offer refunds?
I generally don’t offer refunds, as I do my best to provide detailed descriptions—including weight, dimensions, photos, and a video—so you know exactly what you’re receiving. Each item is carefully packaged with time, care, and partially covered shipping costs. That said, if your crystal arrives damaged, I’ll absolutely issue a refund.
Custom and personalized orders
I may be able to accommodate wire wrapping requests depending on my current materials and availability. Feel free to reach out with a description of what you have in mind, and I’ll let you know if it’s something I can create for you.
