Azzo Handmade is a UK-based leather goods studio, founded and run by Arzu in Stamford, England.
With over seven years of hands-on experience in leathercraft, we specialise in handmade, personalised accessories crafted from premium full-grain Italian leather. Every piece is cut, stitched, and finished entirely by hand — made to order, and made to last.
Our collection includes personalised wallets, AirPods cases, Kindle sleeves, glasses cases, keyrings, bookmarks, journals, and much more. Each item can be customised with initials, names, or special dates, making them ideal as gifts or personal keepsakes.
We also offer a leather repair and restoration service, helping you extend the life of your most valued pieces.
In addition to our online shop, you can visit us every Friday and Saturday at Stamford Market, where we bring our full range of leather goods and welcome custom orders in person.

Q: How do I personalise my item?
A: Simply leave your personalisation details (initials, name, date, etc.) in the "Note to Seller" box at checkout. If you're unsure what to write, feel free to message us before ordering — we're always happy to help.
Q: Can I choose the font or stamping style?
A: Yes! We offer a selection of fonts and stamping styles. Please mention your preference in the notes at checkout, or send us a message and we'll share examples with you.
Q: Can I order something not listed in the shop?
A: Absolutely — we love custom orders! Send us a message with your idea and we'll let you know if we can make it happen. We're happy to discuss custom sizes, designs, and combinations.
Q: What colours of leather are available?
A: Our items are available in a range of natural leather tones including tan, dark brown, black, and cognac. Vegan leather options are also available on selected items. Please message us if you'd like to see colour samples before ordering.

Q: How long will my order take?
A: Most personalised items are dispatched within 2–4 business days. UK delivery takes a further 2–4 days. International delivery takes 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide via Royal Mail. All duties and taxes are already included in the price — there are no surprise charges when your parcel arrives.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via Etsy so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Q: Can I get my order faster?
A: If you need your item urgently, please message us before placing your order and we'll do our best to help. Express options may be available depending on your location.

Q: Can I return a personalised item?
A: As each item is made especially for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number and we'll sort it straight away.
Q: What if I made a mistake in my personalisation details?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If production hasn't started yet, we can usually make changes. We always review personalisation details before crafting, but please double-check your notes at checkout.

Q: Is the item gift-ready?

A: Of course! Just enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout. We never include price information inside our parcels.
