How do I access my purchased prints?
When you purchase prints from BALI ROUGE, ETSY will immediately send a link to download your prints. Alternatively, you can also access your file from the "Purchases and Reviews" section of your profile, specifically under the "You" drop-down menu. To make it easier for you, here is the link:

If you checked out as a guest, your download will be in the receipt email you had received after your order. If you find any issues downloading your print, please bop me through message and I can email them to you instead! 😀

Due to size limitations on Etsy downloads, your files will sometimes be delivered through a ZIP file or a PDF file with a link to a dropbox where you can download your files.
