All orders ship within 1-4 business days from West Hollywood, CA 90046. Please allow for up to 4 business day processing + USPS 3-7 business day shipping time. However, as you can see from our reviews, we usually ship FAST! It's rare that we are backed up to a maximum of 4 business days- but it does happen, so that is why there is a window.

Delivery time depends on your distance. We do not give you shipping lead times. You can go to the USPS website and use our zip code to find out their estimate, unfortunately, we are not able to give you lead times through our label app.

We do allow shipping upgrades so you have the option to add priority or express shipping through USPS. If you chose the upgrade, it will add the cost automatically to your cart to cover the upgrade cost. Please note, this does not expedite the BBB Supplies processing time. If you convo us, and we can accommodate, we will but we can not always get orders out any faster as our offices are closed Saturday-Monday.

We do not always keep bulk quantities in stock. Convo us if you want to order more than we have in stock. We will create a custom listing for you and give you a lead time to produce the style washi you want. All orders must be prepaid before we put any items into production.

We do provide accurate photos and try our hardest to give you photos to show the scale, but we do know shopping online is not always easy. If your order is not what you expected, we have a 100% happiness guarantee. We accept returns of unused tapes postmarked within 30 days, no questions asked. Once the item is received we will issue a full refund (less S&H, unless of course we are at fault).

Well, oftentimes bloggers are using modge podge and poly to adhere the tape to strange surfaces. Even so, our tapes will work in most of those scenarios but we are not responsible that it does not stick to everything you could ever think of (and yes, we get some interesting ones). If you have any trouble you can always convo us. If it's a lemon we will refund, If it's your application, we will not refund your order. We will oftentimes still allow a return (even with the tape used, as we can use in Pinterest promotions) so please message us to discuss but we appreciate our customers being reasonable, just as we are.

Oh, we hate this one! It really is the worst when your package goes missing.

First, we encourage ALL customers to purchase the .80 cent insurance. I recently found out you can not file a claim with USPS (even if they ADMIT they lost your package) without insurance. USPS makes no guarantee to their services without it. (Check their website! 😒 It is a bit appalling actually.)

You are paying shipping fees directly to USPS and they are responsible for the shipping service. We are unfortunately NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, stolen, or mistakenly delivered packages.

Please let us know if the package goes missing. If you have insurance, we will assist with the claim. If you do not, we will work with you and offer you a discount on a reorder.

Most washi is sized using the metric system. If you are in the U.S. and are only familiar with the imperial system, we try to make it easy for you. Each listing will include both metric and imperial if you make sure to look at the description of the tape. However, please note that the imperial is an approximate, whereas the metric is accurate.

During extreme cold/heat, allow your washi to get to an even room temperature before use.
Too cold = brittle washi
Too hot = gummy washi

If you find that your washi is not sticking, try blowing on the adhesive, using a hair dryer, or sticking it in the microwave for 10 seconds (NOT THE METALLIC ONES THOUGH - lol)

Always pull the washi at a level and horizontal plane. Be gentle with the tape, you should never have to pull or rip it hard. If you pull too fast, it will rip in places you do not want. The key is slow and even.

The first peel of washi may shred or tear a bit. Take your nail and slowly push at the end, a small bit at a time till you have a square piece about the size of your thumb. Then slow and even.
