Returns & Exchanges
We DO NOT accept Exchanges. Each item is custom printed just for you as you ordered it. Accepting custom orders back creates great hardship for the store. If the item is damaged in any way (Missing, Bad Print, Damaged or Wrong Product), please message us with Photos for prompt service, we will make it right.
Sizing details
You cannot return an item if it does not fit. If you cannot find sizing charts, please reach out and I will do my best to provide one. Most of our items are standard fit unless otherwise noted.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Is not offered at this time.
Local Pickup
Due to the nature of our business, we do not have local pickup. All items are printed at printing partners selected by me. There is no local inventory. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

HARASSMENT OVER OVER PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. IF YOU DO, YOU WILL BE IGNORED AND REPORTED TO ETSY! BE KIND! I AM ONE PERSON. I CANNOT CONTROL PRINTING TIME OR SHIPPING. ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND SENT TO MY PRINTERS DAILY! LITERALLY AS FAST AS POSSIBLE!
I will not tolerate rude, abusive, harassing messages or reviews. I will NOT respond and you will be reported directly to Etsy who will suspend your account.
General Info
Creation Time Plus Shipping Time - All of my designs are printed across the country and even a few items in China. I don't claim to "ship" from Buffalo nor do I have any stock in my home. This is a 1 man business. I am a local Buffalo designer.
Also, all products are custom made per order. Please be patient and please pay attention to shipping times and alerts. Returns and refund do create a hardship on this small business because it was made custom for you.
Shipping
Since all of my products are shipped from printers around the US and event the world, the shipping rate is set by the printer for that item. I do not mark up shipping at all. I simply pass on the cost from my printer.
Also, there are no expedited shipping options. Again the printers do the shipping.
Shipping to meet a deadline such as a trip, birthday, big game or holiday is impossible. Please order early to ensure delivery.
POD or Print on Demand
Our Products are all Print on Demand. Meaning I do not carry any stock whatsoever. Each order you place is a custom order in your size and color choices. This is why I cannot accept returns except for extenuating circumstances. Each item take 3-5 days to make/print.
Then shipping time. Please be patient for these are one of a kind items made especially for you!
