BC Layer Lab is a small Australian 3D printing studio run by us — Beau (33) and Carly (30). What started as a little side hustle quickly turned into something we genuinely love doing together. It began as a way to spend more time creating, learning, and building something of our own — and before long, late-night printing sessions and new design ideas became part of everyday life.

We’ve always loved keeping busy, being creative, and making things that people genuinely enjoy receiving. There’s something special about turning a simple idea into a finished product that ends up on someone’s desk, shelf, or gifted to a friend.

At BC Layer Lab, we create high-quality 3D printed pieces including mystery eggs, fidget toys, collectibles, and fun everyday items — all printed, cleaned, packed, and shipped by us from our small home setup here in Australia.

We care a lot about the little details. From testing prints to packing every order with care, we want every package to feel exciting to open and every product to feel like something unique.
