Items in stock are ready to ship within 1 to 2 business days. Items that are MADE TO ORDER are processed within 3 to 7 business days or sooner. All items are shipped via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail. Once shipped, you should receive your items within 1 to 5 business days. However, the holiday season and weather sometimes interfere with this estimate and that is why I make sure to provide a service that includes package tracking. Please plan accordingly. If you need to upgrade for faster shipping, please message me to make prior arrangements.

Orders may be picked up in Saint Francis, MN or at any of my local events. I will need to provide you with a coupon code that will indicate pick-up so please be sure to contact me before submitting your order to make arrangements.

I will only ship an item to the address provided at the time of purchase and am unable to change it once an order is placed. If you need your items shipped to a different address or the address you've entered is incorrect, then I will need to cancel and refund the order which will allow you to reorder using the correct address. The best thing would be to contact me right away once you notice that the address is wrong so that we may fix the issue in a timely manner.
