📣 PROCESSING + SHIPPING INFORMATION! (Updated September 2022)

** The following may result in processing times and shipping times being longer than estimated for your order. If your order is time sensitive, please be sure to let us know when you will need it by with your order so that if there is a potential delay, we can specifically reach out to you! Please message us with any questions. **

GENERAL PROCESSING TIMES: Our listings provide our expected processing and shipping times per product. However, due to worldwide logistical chaos + unusual weather patterns + the Mother Nature aspect of our products, we have been experiencing intermittent delays with the harvesting and delivery of our fresh raw materials for which we use to preserve. We incorporate expected delays but there are still unexpected delays and unavailability that are beyond our control and not easy to estimate or necessarily predict. We will directly notify any customer whose order may be affected by such delay.

SHIPPING TIMES

📣 Shipping carriers have been experiencing delays nationwide across all service speeds and methods. We have been fortunate in that most (99%) of our packages continue to be timely delivered by the shipping carriers. Currently, as far as we are aware, most shipment services have suspended their on-time delivery guarantee, if applicable, to all shipments regardless of shipment service. (Exception: FedEx 1-Day service is currently providing timely service guarantee, we believe, but this can and does change at any time and their most up-to-date policies should be available at fedex.com or by calling FedEx.) For any time-sensitive deliveries and for all fresh products, we recommending using-upgrading to FedEx Overnight services (for fresh products, and request a delivery date that is 2-3 business days prior to your use date to maximize timely delivery) and any of expedited services for dried-preserved products if your required delivery date is within two weeks of the date of order. We have no control over the speed or delay at which the shipping carrier delivers and we will not issue refunds or accept returns due to delayed transit time or delivery, for either fresh or preserved-dried products. We encourage advance ordering to minimize or effectively eliminate product arriving late. We thank you in advance and appreciate your understanding and patience. Please make sure to keep an eye on your tracking number and if you believe that there may be any delay or issue with the transit, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

📣 WEDDING SEASON -- Shopping for wedding season 2023 is underway!!

A few important announcements for flowers and greenery as we enter the wedding season:
• All flowers & greenery are in very high demand and limited availability! -- We recommend placing your order as soon as you are ready, so that we have your flowers and greenery available for you for your requested delivery date!!
• Pre-ordering also locks in your price and you can check it off your list!

📣 How Pre-Booking (Advance Ordering) Works:
• We keep your order on file and when your requested delivery date comes up, we ship out flowers/greenery that have just been freshly cut and processed from the farm right before we ship it out to you.

📣 REGULAR (NOT TIME-SENSITIVE) ORDERS -- For all other orders, we process and ship according to each product's processing and shipping schedule on product listing. We try to process and ship to you as quickly as possible, as early as the next day although some products may require extended processing times due to demand and seasonality.
