WORKSHOP PARTIALLY CLOSED FROM OCT 18-31: During this period, preserved-dried orders or fresh orders (of fewer than 5 fresh bunches) will not be shipped until November 1st onwards. This workshop closure period may not be calculated in the estimated shipment/delivery times provided by Etsy on each individual product listing.

GENERAL PROCESSING TIMES: Our listings provide our expected processing and shipping times per product. However, due to worldwide logistical chaos + unusual weather patterns + the Mother Nature aspect of our products, we have been experiencing delays with the harvesting and delivery of our fresh raw materials for which we use to preserve. We incorporate expected delays but there are still unexpected delays and unavailability that are beyond our control and not easy to estimate or necessarily predict. We will directly notify any customer whose order may be affected by such delay.

SHIPPING TIMES:
Due to unprecedented shipping volumes, shipping carriers have been experiencing delays nationwide across all service speeds and methods. We have been fortunate in that most (99%) of our packages continue to be timely delivered by the shipping carriers, but as we enter the holiday season and even higher shipping volumes, nationwide news notices have provided warning that the shipping systems are expected to become even more backed up and transit times longer or delayed. Currently, the only shipping service that we use that is guaranteeing (with exceptions and only upon the acceptance of a valid claim to FedEx) is FedEx Overnight shipping services. So, for any time-sensitive deliveries and fresh products, we recommend using-upgrading to FedEx Overnight services. We have no control over the speed at which the shipping carrier delivers and we will not issue refunds or accept returns due to delayed transit time or delivery. We thank you in advance and appreciate your understanding and patience. Please make sure to keep an eye on your tracking number and if you believe that there may be any delay or issue with the transit, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

• FedEx Expedited & Express Services - occasional and unpredictable nationwide delays
• USPS - some delays on a per package basis, USPS has recently lengthened their estimated delivery times for some packages
• For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend selecting FedEx Overnight shipping service and requesting a delivery date that is 2 to 3 business days prior to your use date to maximize timely delivery by the shipping carriers.

PROCESSING TIMES: What is the processing time for my order?

Most of our products are available to ship immediately, but each product listing will provide the expected shipment date and delivery date for that item. We will ship your order basically immediately (within the timeline provided with the product listing), unless you request a future shipment/delivery date. In the event there is a general storewide delay (for example, because of delays in the transport/logistic chains), then we will include this in our Store Announcements and we will also try to reach out directly for any affected order.

PRE-ORDER / ADVANCE ORDERS: Can I order now for a future delivery date, such as for a wedding, event, holiday, or birthday?

Yes! We encourage pre-ordering (advance orders) whenever possible.

We accept orders up to 1 year in advance of your requested delivery date or event. In the Personalization Section or with a note on your order, please include:
(1) your requested delivery timeframe, and
(2) your wedding/event date.

We will then coordinate the preparation and shipping/delivery of your order accordingly.

DELIVERY DATE RECOMMENDATION for WEDDINGS, EVENTS, CELEBRATIONS + HOLIDAYS: When do you recommend that I have my order delivered for a wedding, event, holiday, or special celebration?

FRESH PRODUCTS: 2 to 3 business days prior to your wedding/event date

PRESERVED-DRIED PRODUCTS: Anytime from about 1 week to 2 months before your wedding/event date, but you may request delivery for any timeframe you prefer. These products are long-lasting (usually about 1 year), 100% water-less, and easy care, so these can be delivered way in advance of your wedding/event date, although we do have recommended delivery timeframes that allow for you to receive the product significantly in advance without receiving them too too far in advance. This minimizes any stress in product availability, shipping delays, and floral preparations, compared to fresh florals.

BULK ORDERS (part 1): Do you offer bulk discount prices for multi-bunch purchases?

Yes, we do! Details are below but please message us with any questions!

FRESH PRODUCTS: Our fresh product listings will have the different multi-bunch package pricing on the actual listing. Typically, the larger the package size (more bunches), then the per-bunch price will be lower.

BULK ORDERS (part 2): Do you offer bulk discount prices for multi-bunch purchases?

#1 - MULTIPLE BUNCHES OF A SINGLE PRODUCT:

A product listing will have the bulk (multi-bunch) package pricing on the actual product page, and the bulk pricing is automatically already built into the package pricing - no checkout code is required. This bulk discounting is for multiple bunches of a single product. You can apply this bulk pricing with our Mix N' Match Bulk Discount Codes at checkout. (If so, each "multi-bunch package" is considered one product for our Mix N' Match Bulk Discount Program.)

EXPEDITED PROCESSING: Can I expedite the processing of my order so that it ships out faster?

Maybe. We typically ship out most of our products immediately. Most of our products are either hand-made/hand-processed or harvested, and so our processing times usually reflect how quickly we can prepare them. But, yes, we may be able to expedite the processing of your order. If this is preferred or required, please message us to see if expedited processing is available. There may be an additional charge. Please note that expedited processing only affects the processing time only and it does not affect the standard shipping or the upgraded shipping service selected by you.

FREE SHIPPING + SHIPPING SERVICES/SPEEDS (part 1): Is there free shipping? What shipping services and speeds are used for my order?

Almost all of our products include free standard shipping. The standard shipping service/speed will vary depending on the product you purchased (typically separated fresh products and preserved-dried products). Expedited shipping upgrades are generally available for an additional fee. For any time-sensitive deliveries (which is when the estimated delivery date is within two weeks of your required delivery date / event date), then we recommend upgrading to FedEx shipping services.

Fresh Products: FedEx Overnight Shipping (unless otherwise provided in the Product Description - there are a few exceptions where FedEx 2-Day/3-Day)

Preserved-Dried Products: USPS First Class Mail (estimated 1 to 5 business days)

FREE SHIPPING + SHIPPING SERVICES/SPEEDS (part 2): Is there free shipping? What shipping services and speeds are used for my order?

Please note that all shipping carriers and services are experiencing shipping delays, so we encourage advance planning and advance ordering (pre-ordering). Once we provide your package to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any shipping delays. For some delays (usually with FedEx), you may be able to make a claim for carrier shipping delays. If your order is delayed, we may be able to re-ship your product but we will need to re-charge you for the replacement product and shipping prior to shipping - once your first (delayed) package arrives, we may provide an exception to our no-refund policy on a case-by-case basis.
