{Samples}

If you are interested in invitations for your wedding or event please order an invitation sample. This way you can examine the paper quality and printing before placing your order. I do not customize color or printing on samples.

Please message me if you are interested in changing the colors to match the theme of your wedding. I have access to a large array of color and paper options and I do my best to find the exact colors you are looking for. Note: Colors may appear differently on your monitor at home.

{Placing an Order}

1. A 50% deposit is required to place your order. I will create
a custom listing for you after we cover everything you would like. {order numbers can always increase if needed during the process, but can never be decreased once a deposit is received}

** Invitation Orders usually take 1-2 months for proofing, printing, assembly & shipping.

*** Due to our busy schedule and meeting the needs of all of our clients, deposits that are placed with less then a 30 day lead time of your ship date (not business days) will be assessed a 25% rush fee based on the total cost of your order. There is a 50% rush fee on orders placed within 14 days of your ship date.***

2. Once I receive your deposit I will create a digital proof of
your invite. I will email you a .PDF of the proof for your
review. Please respond back to me in 5 business days with any corrections
and/or approval. Your puchase includes 3 DIGITAL PROOFS ONLY.

3. For CUSTOM Orders: Since custom couture orders are entirely custom
from scratch we will be working together during the process on your needs where
there will be many proofs.

4. Final payment is due within 5 business days after you
approve your final proof. I will send you an invoice through PayPal.

* All price quotes are valid for 30 days.

{Proofreading}

Spelling is YOUR responsibility. Please look over everything carefully. Once production and assembly begins I will only redo items if there is an error on my part.

Also, I am not responsible for name misspellings on envelope printing unless it was correct on the original spreadsheet.

Payment
A 50% deposit is required to place your order. The remaining 50% balance is due within 5 business days of proof approval. Printing & assembly will begin after paid in full.

*PLEASE NOTE: Residents of NEW JERSEY will be responsible for 7% sales tax.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Please note that any upgrades or additions during the custom design process will be adjusted to your balance and you will be sent an invoice along with your custom listing.
Shipping
I ship everything by USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail {3-5 day shipping}.

Orders are shipped 2-3 weeks after balance is paid in full depending on complexity of the order. {Please allow 4-8 weeks for completely custom work}
Refunds and Exchanges
Since all items from Blush & Ink are customized, refunds on deposits and orders will not be granted. However, if there is an error on my part, after client proof approval, I will replace your item(s) free of charge. Spelling is the responsibility of the customer. Please proofread carefully. Refunds will not be given for misspellings. Please note that colors may appear differently on different computer screens, and refunds will not be issued for color slight differences of any kind.

Refunds will not be granted after 90 days for unclaimed items and/or items where no contact and communication has been received.

I am not responsible for damage during shipping. If your item arrives damaged due to the postal delivery, please take pictures of everything and email them to me. The post office will need them.
Additional policies and FAQs
*All products made by Blush & Ink are handmade and assembled. There may be very slight differences among multiples.

*Some envelopes require more postage due to weight and shape, such as square envelopes, or boxed invitations. Please check with your local post office to verify postage.
