I started making things at a young age, and always appreciated the arts and craft kits and supplies I received as gifts. As I grew older, I channeled my creativity into making the things I wanted but could not find elsewhere. People asked, "Where did you get that?" all the time. When I told them I had made it myself, they asked me if I could make one for them, too. Whether it was a cute craft, a drawing, a painting or clothing and accessories, someone always said they would love to have one, too.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
We want you to love your BONEHEAD item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may either exchange it for another item or return it for a full refund of the merchandise price. The return address is on your shipping invoice/packing slip.

Most items include detailed dimensions and/or detailed size descriptions in the item description, so please read the item description and determine whether or not you may need a different size.

The item must be returned within 14 days of it's delivery to you. It must be in new and unused condition with tag(s) still attached.
You must include a copy of the original purchase receipt/invoice or a note including your name and order number.

You will be refunded the purchase price of the merchandise including any sales taxes (if applicable)
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping will not be refunded.
Your refund will be the same method of payment as your purchase. No exceptions.

Custom orders are NON-RETURNABLE since all aspects of the item, including, but not limited to:
size, dimensions, color, selected graphics, spelling of personalization and/or other design specifications have all been discussed,
verified and preapproved by the customer, prior to the to completion and delivery of the custom item.

If you order hand painted shoes, BONEHEAD is NOT responsible if the shoes do not fit you. Please know what size you wear in that specific brand and style before placing your order.

*We try to provide the highest quality items at a reasonable price, however, keep in mind the item you may purchase is handmade and not off of some assembly line.
There may be some slight imperfection, somewhere. No two items are identical. Items may vary slightly from the photo in color depending on lighting and your computer resolution.

Care instructions and disclaimer information papers are included with many items to assist you in making your items last indefinitely.
Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Sofort, Ideal and ETSY gift cards.

Please make payment at the time of purchase or within 5 business days.

Please notify seller immediately if you need to cancel your purchase or payment.
If you cancel before item is shipped, you will receive the full transaction amount back, minus 5% for relisting the item. If the item has been shipped or is in transit, you will receive a refund of the item total and sales tax (if applicable) only, after the item has been returned.
Customer is responsible for return shipping on cancelled orders.

BONEHEAD Totes, Bags & Other Cool Stuff ships with the USPS using Priority Flat Rate Service. and USPS First Class Package services.
Packages usually arrive in 2-5 business days of shipping date for U.S. domestic delivery and a tracking number will be provided when you receive your shipping notification..
International deliveries are estimated at 6-10 business days, but possibly longer, depending on destination.
If you are making a purchase, please provide a valid street address and verify your address information is correct before completing your order.
BONEHEAD Totes, Bags & Other Cool Stuff is not responsible for late/no delivery for customer errors on addresses.

For other shipping and delivery options, such as UPS or FedEx, please contact us.

If your order is returned to us as undeliveralbe due to an issue with the address you provided, we will contact you (via Etsy conversation or by the email address on your order) as to how you would like to proceed. You must reply within 14 days. The options are as follows:
If you would like us to reship your order, you will be asked to purchase the reshipment listing that matches your original shipping (1-4oz, 5-8oz etc.) plus a $ .50 handling fee. Once paid, your order will be reshipped to the name and address you provide in a conversation with the shop.
If you decide that you do not want to have the order reshipped, we would be happy to provide you a partial refund on the original order. The refund will be the item purchase price paid minus a $ .50 restocking fee. You will not be refunded the original shipping charge.

(The owner personally has a really strong dislike for such marketing ploys and does not wish to bombard customers with such annoyances.) We concentrate on our reputation for quality products and happy customers, not how to fill up your inbox. Occasionally we announce a special sale or live event, but even that type of notification is more frequently posted on our social media accounts. And at the moment, any notifications you receive about items left in your Etsy shopping cart are sent by Etsy.
~Other Contact:
We may contact you to confirm information such as size, color scheme, fabrics, features and other details for custom orders. We also only contact you via the communication method you originally used contacted us, unless otherwise requested by you, the buyer.
