Your story in one sentence.

My shop started out as selling supplies/destash.

A friend was having a little boy, so I designed a frog hat. Since then, my creations have undergone some changes. What you have today is a result of those changes/suggestions.

    I'm a wife and a mother. I have 4 children that keep life interesting. In 2009, I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer. I under went surgery and radiation with my husband by my side. I live in Maine and truly enjoy it.

Welcome to my shop! I have done crafts some for a few years. I felt it was time to expand. I have sold items in craft shows and on another venue. I take pride in my work and my happy customers.

For those with allergies, please note that I do have animals. I put items into a zippered comforter bag until they are sold.

For the animals/character hats, these are created from my imagination. I don't have written patterns yet. These are in the workings as items are created.

Payment
I ship things out within 1 week (7 days) of a cleared payment. I check my email daily. So if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Shipping
I ship First Class in both the US and Canada. If you would like it faster, please convo me so that I can refigure the cost. I ship Monday through Friday.

I copy/paste/print your address listed on your Etsy invoice - please ensure it is current, correct and complete. If you are within the US, I purchase/print the label directly through Etsy.

I will not be held responsible for late or lost parcels. Packages returned to me will get a customer refund of the total less shipping costs. Resending will require customer to pay new s/h costs.

When I have mailed/posted your package out to you, you will receive an *email* with your shipping info.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will refund the price of the item as long as it is returned in the same condition as I sent it. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. I strive for accuracy in the description of items.
