Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Please contact the seller within 7 days of receipt of purchase if you need to return the item for a refund. Item must be in original packaging and shipped back to seller within 21 days of receipt of purchase. Return shipping charges will not be covered unless reason for return is due to damage or incorrect item received. Please note that handmade items may have minor imperfections.
Payment
I accept Paypal and credit cards for payment. Payment is due at time of purchase.
Shipping
Shipping is primarily by USPS Priority Mail. Additional items ordered will be included in highest shipping cost as long as additional items fit in the same box. If a larger box is required for shipping your purchases, you will be contacted regarding the additional cost. I do ship via First Class mail for items that are very lightweight.

LIFETIME WARRANTY on all items. If at any time your item breaks or appears damaged, simply send me a photo and, upon review, I will either replace your item or provide a refund.
