I trained and worked as an architect before becoming interested in scale miniatures. For the last forty years I have followed the hobby, which became a profession, and enjoyed every minute of it. During that time, I served as President and Chairman of the Board for the National Association of Miniature Enthusiasts, was nominated to their Academy of Honor for my service to the organization, and received the Academy’s Mell Prescott award for miniature artisanship. In the process, I have met thousands of enthusiasts from all parts of the world who share my passion.

My work is centered within the two complementary areas of architecture and gardening, and I like to recreate items of various scales in both disciplines. I study the history and provenance of each piece I select before starting to work on the design. From there I build a pattern and ensure that every detail is to my satisfaction before committing to it. The final product is a finished model from my own copyrighted designs.

I love to work in wax and wood, to build models of clay and ceramics using molds of rubber and plaster. Here, I present a few items that are available for you to purchase for your own collections. I hope you have the same joy in owning a piece as I have had in creating it.
