My only complaint is the listing says it's 18k gold, which led me to believe its gold plated and thus water safe, but the card in the package specifically says not to get it wet or wear when sweating. But at least the magnet makes it easy to take off whenever.

Material and Jewelry Care
Most of our items are created with high quality stainless steel. Our Gold and Rose Gold products are crafted with a finish of 18K gold or 18K rose gold over stainless steel base. High quality stainless steel is one of the most environmentally friendly materials. It's tarnish resistant, hypoallergenic and made to last. One of the safest materials for people with sensitive skin.
To protect the jewelry, we recommend to remove them before you are about to come in contact with water (showering, swimming, washing hands, etc), and avoid exposure to chemicals. Please store in the jewelry box/pouch when not in use.
How long does it take for an item to receive? Can you rush an order?
Each of our piece is thoughtfully handmade with care and attention to detail, making it truly worth the wait. All of our items are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping options are available at checkout & are in addition to the processing time. Domestic USPS first class shipping time usually takes 3-5 business days. This can change during peak seasons.
If you need an order rushed, please add “Rush Order” listing (https://www.etsy.com/listing/1780377239/rush-order-fee-for-production-turnaround) to your order.Please note that expedited shipping only shortens transit time, but not the processing time of your order.
Return Policy
We offer returns on select items only. Please refer to the return policy on each listing for more details.
For listings that accept returns, returns are accepted for new and unworn items at the expense of the buyer. Items must be in original packaging and sent back within 14 days from the item’s date of delivery – US orders only. We don’t accept returns for international shipments.

Cancellations
We strive to process orders promptly to ensure you receive your item as quickly as possible. As a result, we accept cancellations within 6 hours of placing an order. Please note that the buyer is responsible for submitting any cancellation requests within this timeframe.
Can I request a custom order that is not listed on your shop?
Yes, we are happy to accept custom orders! If you have a specific request that isn’t listed in our shop, please feel free to reach out to us. We’ll do our best to create something special just for you.
Will my order include an invoice?
To reduce paper waste and make your gifting experience seamless, we typically do not include invoices in the package. If you require an invoice, please leave a note on your order at checkout, and we’ll be happy to include one for you. Thank you for understanding!
What if my package is delayed, lost in transit, or stolen?
At B Square Custom Design, we work hard to ensure your order is carefully packaged and handed over to the shipping carrier on time. However, we are not liable for packages that are delayed, lost in transit, or stolen, as these are circumstances beyond our control.
Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility to deliver it. If you encounter any issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to address delays or lost packages.
