Shipping
Orders ship in 3 business days and Latvia Post forwards them the following day to the destination country.
~~ It may take up to 1-3 weeks to arrive according to the speed of custom control and your country's postal service.
~~ You will receive an email with the tracking code.
~~ I will send You a tracking number so you'll be able to track the post from Etsy or the website of your national postal service. If you cannot see an update for same days, it maybe because of the custom control.
Note that You'll need to sign for the delivery.

If your order is returned to us, we will require you to repay the shipping, to have us resent the order back to you.

If you see something you like, but wish to have some alterations made, or if you would like a different color or material for a specific design, please contact me so we can discuss the production of your custom-made item.
~~ The terms of custom orders are as follows:
• Payment is due in full before an order is begun.
• The terms of each order will be agreed upon before a listing is created and before payment is made.
• I will keep in touch with photographs as I go.
• Adjustments made to an existing custom order that run outside the agreed upon cost will need to be paid for before I can go forward with your order. Examples of this include larger measurements than agreed upon, a different strap, or changing the color halfway through the process.
• Custom orders may take time to produce. Often, special material is requested. This is part of the fun, for me! However, waiting for material to ship and arrive may delay your project. I will let you know if this is the case.
• If this item is needed quickly, please let me know right away so that I can accommodate your needs.
I would be very happy to make a custom order based on any of the items that you see in my shop or even something specific that you don't see in my shop since I have the materials available.Please note that the custom order take approximate 1-2 weeks to be produced.Please contact me for further details of your custom order.
