5 out of 5 starsThis sweater is absolutely stunning. My husband ordered it for me for Christmas and it just came so I took a sneak peak. It looks luxurious, is very soft and is expertly made. This is my third sweater of this design so I already knew how wonderful it would be. The seller is also very responsive and so easy to work with. I hope everyone in the Ukraine stays safe and can continue to earn a decent living. As soon as I can, I'm going to purchase it in another color. Thank you for your great work.

5 out of 5 starsI'm extremely happy with my black jumper. It looks very much like the photos, although it's slightly more substantial than I expected - this wool mix is a lovely combination of lightness, with an underlying sturdiness, and a wonderful surface softness. Beautifully made, with a professional finish. It took exactly one month to arrive in London.

Welcome to my world of perfect, natural and ECO friendly clothes. Once 6 years ago I'd made for my husband a knitted hat with my own hands and it became a noticeable moment of my life, when my passion changed into lovely business.

I used to teach chemistry at the university. My teaching career ended with the coming of the war. I started knitting because it had been a passion of mine since childhood. Today I'm in the BYYA team — it's a new experience and stage in my life.

At BYYA I'm responsible for business development. The war forced me to take urgent measures to relocate people. Organizing humanitarian aid, finding overseas suppliers, volunteer initiatives — it's just a small list of my new duties in wartime.

I'm a professional seamstress, technologist, and designer from Kharkiv. Sewing is my passion and vocation. I'm also a single mother. I escaped the war in Lithuania with my 17 y.o. daughter. I'm proud of her as she's studying to be a designer.

I stayed in Chuguev. Since there're active military operations, I can't leave the region. Neither stores nor pharmacies work here. I met the war when I was 7 months pregnant. My son Mark was born in May, and today I'm a single mother.

I'm 55 & disabled. Now I'm a refugee in Germany. I lived in Kharkiv on Saltovka, the most destroyed district with a population of 400,000, where there's still shelling. Before my disability, I worked as an accountant. I knit & crochet for BYYA.

I'm still staying in Kharkiv with my dearest cat Murchik. My beloved grandson is now in Poland with his mom. I miss them very much. Working with BYYA team helps me keep my mind busy and away from all this horror happening right behind my window.

We're forced to leave our city because of war. It happened too fast, I didn't even have time to take the knitting needles. We're now in Poland now. I hope we'll be able to return home. And I'll go back to my knitting. Girls, I love you all! Hold on!

Knitting clothes & toys turned in a work of my life. I'm knitting for 45 years. In 2014 my mother town was occupied so I moved to Kharkiv to my son. Since war started here I had to move again. Work helps me stay confident no meter where I'm staying.

I always knitted. I was able to contact with high-quality things of such brands as Karl Lagerfeld, Versace, Escada, Valentino, & Sonny Rykiel. I hope to travel a lot more and do a lot of beautiful things made with the soul. I wish all of us peace.

I continue to work in Poland now. I helped my daughter-in-law & 4 y.o. grandson leave the occupied territory for the Czech Republic. My son stayed in an active combat zone. My work gives me the peace of mind I need & confidence in the future.

I'm 31 and I have two kids. Since my daughter has troubles with health I can't "work normally". However, bills for clinics, tests & medicines need to be paid. Being a part of BYYA allows me that. I love this work. Kharkiv stands & lives.
