Thanks for taking a look! You will find answers below to questions you might have about payments, shipping, refunds and overall general shop policies. Any questions that are not addressed here can be asked via "conversations."

Payment
This store accepts payments by credit card or Paypal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Items will not be shipped until payments have cleared. Please feel free to contact if you are having trouble with a certain form of payment and I will do my best to trouble shoot.
Shipping
Your bags will be shipped with Colissimo. (Express Mail available upon request)

Your bags will be carefully packaged.

Europe:
Bags may take 7-10 days to arrive. Please let me know if you are in a hurry to receive the order or if it is a gift.
Others countrys:
Orders are shipped via airmail and could take up to several weeks to arrive. Customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks; this does not happen often but it can happen.

Items will be shipped to address given at Etsy checkout unless otherwise specified.

Lost or Damaged Bags:
If you believe your order is lost in the mail, first check tracking details. These should clarify the expected delivery date. If the tracking details say your item has been delivered, but you still do not have it please contact so we can asses the situation further and set things right.

If your bag is damaged upon arrival, please snap a photograph, email it to me, and I'll be more than happy to replace it.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am happy to provide a full refund or exchange for items that are in their original condition if you contact me within 15 days or purchasing.

Again, if your item is damaged or unsatisfactory in any way I am happy to exchange or refund your money.
