Payment is to be made at the time of purchase. At this time I accept payment through PayPal only. PayPal is secure and very easy to use. You can also pay through PayPal with your credit or debit card without becoming a member of PayPal! Please note that I MUST SHIP TO THE CONFIRMED ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR PayPal ACCOUNT.
I ship all jewelry using USPS.
Once payment is received, your purchase will be packed up and brought to the post office within 3 business days. Currently, packages shipped within the U.S. are taking between 2-10 days to be received, and International varies between 1-4 weeks. Please understand that there are always exceptions, and sometimes packages are delayed further. ALL JEWELRY ITEMS ARE TUCKED INTO A GIFT BOX WITH COTTON PADDING, TIED WITH A RIBBON AND THEN SHIPPED INSIDE A PADDED MAILER. ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION WITH NO ADDITIONAL COST. PURCHASES OVER 100$ WILL BE SHIPPED TO YOU INSURED.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of postal receipt. A refund, less the cost of shipping, will be issued after the item has been returned to me.
When returning a product to me, it must be shipped with delivery confirmation.
Please understand,NO REFUNDS will be given after 7 days of postal receipt.
